Prior to joining the business, Roger was a founder and Chief Operating Officer at Mountpark, where he played a key role in overseeing the company’s operational strategy and supporting its growth across European logistics markets. His extensive background spans multiple cycles of the real estate sector, giving him a deep understanding of market dynamics, risk management, and the bigger picture.

At Diamantem, Roger focuses on strengthening operational performance and supporting the delivery of the company’s long-term investment strategy.
