Richard Stevens

Director

Richard is an experienced construction and commercial professional with an extensive record of delivering results across a range of sectors and geographies. He holds a first-class honors degree in quantity surveying and is a fully chartered member of the RICS.

Prior to Diamantem, Richard played a key role in the Amazon Design and Construction team where he was the head of a pan European construction division responsible for developing and constructing new market leading fulfilment centers. Richard was responsible for various business critical expansion programmes across numerous countries and regions as well as overseeing large scale retrofit and refurbishment initiatives. During his tenure Richard became fundamental in the exponential growth and development of the Amazon construction organisation.

At Diamantem Richard oversees all development, construction and maintenance across the portfolio and ensures the company’s vision and principles are transformed into the highest quality real estate assets.
