John Cutts is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with a proven track record in establishing and growing pioneering companies primarily within the industrial, retail, and strategic land sectors.

Most particularly, John has been at the forefront of Warehouse development for over 35 years. He founded Kingspark in the early 90’s, which was sold to Security Capital and became the basis for what was to become Prologis in Europe.

John was instrumental in establishing the Prologis business in Europe and setting up the European Fund raising over €1bn of 3rd party capital for the first Fund.

John went on to found Parkridge, which focused on Warehouse and retail development in Central Europe and was later sold to Prologis.

More recently, John founded Mountpark, a leading pan-European development company, which was acquired by Affinius Capital in 2024.

Today, John’s sole focus is on Diamantem, 100% owned and run as a Family Office, where he leverages his wealth of experience and sharp focus to deliver premier residential and commercial real estate properties. With a keen eye for opportunity and a commitment to excellence, John continues to shape the future of the real estate industry.
